2. Account and Website Use
Customers may create an account or check out as a guest. By using our website, you agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to spamming, misuse of content, uploading harmful files, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.
3. Products and Services
We strive to deliver high-quality products, but no guarantees or warranties are offered on items sold. Customizations beyond what is available on our website can be requested via email or phone. If there’s an issue with your order, we are committed to finding a resolution and will work to address and correct the problem.
4. Pricing and Payment
The applicable price is that set on the date you place your order. No additional fees beyond the product price, taxes, and shipping will be charged. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and PayPal.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Standard delivery times range from 2-5 days, and products may ship from different locations, resulting in separate deliveries. All turnaround times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by weather, shipping company issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. The delivery schedule begins once a proof is approved, and turnaround time does not include shipping.
6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. If we verify an error on our part, we will reprint the order or issue a credit or refund. Customers must notify us within 10 business days of receiving an order to report any defects. We may request the return of printed materials before issuing a reprint, credit, or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images and logos, is the property of Print Pro Direct and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Print Pro Direct and its licensors, suppliers, or vendors shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of the site or our services. We are not responsible for damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend any information without prior notice.
10. Proofs and Order Approval
Every order will receive a proof. Customers are fully responsible for final proof and layout approval before printing begins. We are not liable for errors in the final product caused by language and grammar mistakes, graphics issues, or files not built to template specifications.
11. Customer Content
Customers are responsible for the content they provide for printing. Content must comply with all applicable laws, and customers agree not to upload any content that is indecent, obscene, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
12. Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics
All artwork or designs must be provided in CMYK format. We are not responsible for color shifts that occur due to conversions from RGB or spot colors to CMYK.
13. Color Proofing and Matching
We are not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by customers. Variations in color between proofs and final products are expected and will not be grounds for a refund or reprint.
14. Trimming and Folding
We strive to meet trimming and folding specifications, but a variance of up to 0.0625" is acceptable.
15. Customer Supplied Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will reship the package and charge an additional shipping fee.
16. Indemnification
Customers affirm ownership or publication rights to all materials submitted for printing and agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to copyright or other proprietary rights violations.
17. Payment Information
All transfers conducted through Print Pro Direct are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored, and all transactions are handled via SSL encryption. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method via the third-party payment service used for the transaction.
